We are a pretty talented bunch here at print it stitch it if I do say so myself; studies have shown that employees who use their talents in their job are six times more likely to be engaged in their work role, have a higher morale and better job performance.
Warren joined Print it Stitch it back in February and Boss Kirsty knew about his photography skills and business on employing him and knew that these skills would be beneficial to our brand in the future.
Recently our website went live and our online store has generated many sales in the past week since it’s launch. We have been working alongside Manchester Storm for their charity Pink the Rink event coming up in the next few weeks. To promote the product better the print it stitch it team, Kirsty, Mathew and Warren arranged a mini photoshoot.
Cue climbing up 3 flights of stairs to the perfect location, a narrow stairwell with character; we are fortunate to be located in an old industrial style building which has plenty exposed bricks and character, perfect for showcasing our latest ice hockey tshirt as a generic headshot on a plain background setting just wouldn’t be as effective.
Warren set us up, positioned us and posed us, all we had to do is not look directly into the flash, Mathew struggled seeing blue dots a few times during the shoot much to the amusement of Kirsty and Warren.
The shots turned out lovely and I hope you agree, we are looking forward to more product photos in the future and working with other brands on getting the right product and the right branding.
